Alright, I've been having trouble with a computer, and it's really starting to aggravate me as to what the problem is. I THINK it's the video card, but i'm going to ask you guys if you've ever had the same problem/symptoms and might know of a cause I'm unaware of...

When I start the computer it will boot up normally SOMETIMES, while other times when I turn it on there will be no display at all, with the monitor just whining, and the computer powers up but fails to boot into windows. When I play with the video card a bit, sometimes it will start up again normally with video and all, but most of the time it won't. The computer has also frozen up during normal use out of nowhere as well (often when no one's even on it). I know it's not the monitor (I've tried others). I don't have an extra video card to try, so I'm not sure what I should do...

If you guys have any ideas let me know. Thanks...
