Possible Video Card Issue

Hello everyone. I recently built a new system. I will put links to the hardware at the end of the post.

It seems whenever I play any 3D games I get some form of trouble. I dual-boot XP 32-bit Home and Vista Home Premium 64-bit.

If I play a game in XP it usually will cause my computer to freeze, the sound will loop over and over. Sometimes I can alt-tab out and back in and it will unfreeze but usually the graphics appear distorted. Othertimes it just freezes and I can't do anything. Here is an example of what it looked like after tabbing out and back into World of Warcraft. Example 1. I also tried playing Doom3 and Warcraft 3 in XP and it does the same thing. Lockups with looping sound.

Now in Vista I have only tried Doom3. Instead of locking up this time, the screen would go black and what I guess looks like objects trying to be drawn would flash on the screen. The sound still works fine as I can shoot or jump and it comes through clear. I recorded it with my digital camera as a Quicktime movie. Example 2

I have no idea what the issue could be. In normal use in windows it is fine. No overclocking done on my end. Temps are in good ranges. Drivers are up to date and correct versions for both OS's. Ran Memtest while I slept last night for probably 7-8 hours and it had 0 errors. I asked a few friends and they thought it might be the videocard. Figured I would check here to get some other opinions.

Here are links to the stuff just in case, sorry it looks like an advertisement =\
