Possible to build a silent system?

I will be building a new system, and would like to keep it as quiet as possible.

The system will be:
Athlon 64 3500
MSI K8N Neo4 SLI
1GB OCZ RAM
Gforce 6600GT x2
HDs from old comp(200GB and 60GB 7200RPM)
Lian Li PC6083 Case
Audigy2 ZA Platinum

So far I have looked at Zalman 80mm fans with quiet adapters(x3), Zalman CNPS7700AICU for CPU cooling and maybe the OCZ Powerstream 420w. Would this system be close to silent? Are there other cooling products I should be looking at?

Thanks

first off, ditch the double 6600's. SLi isn't really ready for prime time yet to begin with. Also a single 6800GT will outperform dual 6600GT's in every case, and kill it in many.

As for silence, why not go with watercooling? Also the larger the diameter of the fan, the lower rpm that it can run at, and the less noise it will produce.

If you really want it to be silent, then buy a Zalman fanless case. It will only cost you 1.2K and weight like 2 tons :D.

Like Erasmas said, go with watercooling, quiter and better temps.

everyone lives lian li cases.. but the one complaint i have heard is that they are metal and therefore rattle.. just a bit.. but enought to annoy you if you get everythiung else close to silent...

if i had a full size computer i would contemplate building a wooden case.. with "mufflers" on the top and bottom. . and about 3x 120 mm fans pulling air through it..
i can't really explain whaqt i mean without a picture.. i may make one...

but bigger fans = quieter becaue they move slower to move the same amount of air.. and you can sound deaden your lian li.. basically add mass.. just like dynamat in a car...
