I posted this thread to get feedback from the community on possible help support ticket systems. Thinking more about this, I'm wondering if "Webmastering and Programming" was really the appropriate place -- "Networking and Security" also seems appropriate.

My original thinking for the "W & P" forum was that this topic was geared for developers, QA testers, and general support staff. But "N & S" also seems possible given that network/system admins would have to maintain the infrastructure that the application runs on.

Have you seen a pattern on which forum seems to get this question brought up and/or answered more often?
 
probably better in Networking.
