Possible PSU problems?

Hello all,
I am having some problems with a new system build, and I am thinking it may be the PSU. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I'd really appreciate the help.

Thanks!

Ordered the XION case which came with a 450W PSU from the Egg.

Here's what is happening...

We get random BSOD's (usually a Kernal or Memory dump error). During boot up at the Welcome screen and when loading the desktop the screen has a small black line that appears to "flicker" and returns to normal. Also, performance wise the system does not seem to boot quickly, even compared to his old Dell system.

Exact error (that I saved) was:

Invalid_Kernal_Handler
STOP 0x00000093 (0x00000088, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Xion case w/ 450W PSU
AMD Athlon64 3000+ Vin (retail, no overclocking yet)
ASRock 939 Mobo
2x512MB PC3200, dual channel
PCI-e Asus X1600 Pro
Samsung 40GB SATA2 HDD
Lite-On DVD-RW
4x case fans and LED lights

Windows XP Pro w/ SP2

Not sure if it's related, but I am now starting to have problems with the system resuming from standby mode. System would not respond to mouse or key presses so I had to hold the power button to turn off/restart.

hmm... I'm gonna say just pick up another power supply. I haven't heard anything about Xion power supplies, but I'd probably get off that anyway since it could be just a hazard all around (though it's no aspire). it'll benefit you if you pick one up anyway, you're not gonna lose with gettin a new power supply. Btw,I've gotten the slow boot up on my system before, I'm not sure if it's power supply related.
