I currently have a Rosewill 500w PSU(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817182009) , I've had it for about a year, worked pretty solid From my Winchester, to a 3800+ X2, and now I've upgraded to a 4400+ X2, Epox 9NPA+ SLI board, a Single 7800GT, and 3 gigs of G.Skill HZ Ram. Other parts include: 2x SATA Dirves, 1 DVD-RW, SB X-Fi Plat, USB 300g HDD, and Misc other little junk attached....

Here's my issue, after rebuilding this computer, I've been getting "Machien Check Exception" BSOD's ... Tottally Random, I can't reproduce it...
Each time, Windows Error Reporting says , Inssuficient Power, Bad Hardware, etc.. and gives a list...

Everything in my computer , except the PSU - is brand new (within 3 weeks)

Now, I have used Everest to test my voltages, and here's what I'm getting:
Voltage Values
CPU Core 1.43 V
Aux 3.33 V
+3.3 V 1.50 V
+5 V 5.00 V
+12 V 10.94 V
+5 V Standby 5.03 V
VBAT Battery 3.15 V

I know that Software values are not reliable... so my Bios shows everything close to the same, except 3.3v - 2.9v and 12v = 11.1v ...

I'm assuming at this point, since I've already exchanged every other part out of my system It's GOT to be the power supply..

Thoughts? Does the 4400+ really draw that much more power than the 3800+?
Since I've run mostly stable on a previous system build (minus the shoddy Ballistix)..

I'm curious, how much MORE power is required to run my system than 500w?!

I'm obviously in the market for a new PSU, reccomendations?

- Edit - Also, nothing is OC'ed..

I got a new Rosewill dual rail 450 watt PSU just a couple weeks ago.

I was getting BSODs and random restarts when gaming. I took a look inside my case at the motherboard, and lo and behold I found that I had not connected the small 4 pin 12v plug for the CPU into the mobo. Before I fixed the problem I was getting 11.4v power on the +12v rail. Now I'm getting a very healthy 12.4.

Anyway, just make sure you have both power plugs connected. If everything is connected, then its either failing or too much heat. You have more stuff in your PC than I do so it's hard for me to tell.

Also I know it might not be that important, but I would go with dual rail PSUs now as they are supposed to be more stable.
