possible power supply problems

so tonight while playing, i heard a short "bzz" from my power supply and then 4 seconds later my computer shuts off!!

my computer has done this in the past, but not in about 2-3 months. Total its done this 5-6 times. i have always wondered what could be causing this......is my power supply just over worked? system is as follows:

edit: 2 times it has done this when i bumped my lan cord and my USB cords in back while plugging / unpluging the cables

i dont think it is over worked.....maybe its just failing? i dont know.....i need help though =(
