So basically the fans in the case and on my vid card and sometimes the system fan wern't working. i tried clearing the bios/default settings and no fix... replaced fans/cleaned fans... same probem... My system was crashing frequently when put under a load, thought it might be the memory but i tested it in a different comp and it ran fine. SATA went out as well... the board was Gigabyte GA818x65 ... I replaced the board with Abit board, which hasn't came in yet, to see if that is the problem... just want other suggestion on what it could've been. also i replaced teh psu and changed teh vid card... any suggestions would be greatly apperciated.

edit:
Its socket T

Bump^^

C'mon guys.. i don't wanna get this board and have the same effin problems..

ok, got the new mother board in its the Abit As8... and im getting similar problems only this time there is a siren going off whenever i start it up... it goes off and on ever now and then and i don't know what it is... getting into windows takes forever... could this be the PSU? i've been told motherboards like specific amounts of voltage... I get 1 of two codes on the LED read out on the motherboard... one is "FF" which i looked up in the book means "boot attempt (INT 19h)" and then the other one is "99" which i looked up and that just shuts the computer completely off. Do you guys think its the psu... or could it be something else... i've tried 3 other vid cards and 3 other sticks of ram all te same manufacturer. Need some help gotta get this thing back working.

could be a problem with the Hardrive.
Check to see if everything is seated correctly on the motherboard

i'd try switching out the HD,that doesn't work i'd try another PSU.

that doesn't work,i have no clue.guess RMA that Abit Board and try something else like a MSI or Asus Board.
