hi,

Could you please tell me if there is a fault sensor to have a cpu temp of 111c and core temps of 60. This is under full load with FAH.

With those temps, the cooler should be at pretty warm.
Check and see.

Its possible that the CPU hasnt got a good contact with the cooler.
Worth checking.

wouldnt the core temp be even higher then, because these temp are under full load with a Xigmatek HDT-S1283 installed.

The 111C temps prompted me to say it in the first place.
How much higher do you think is bad?

cpuid hardware is not reading the sensors correctly.. try speedfan and see what it says.. but odds are its a dead sensor on the board.. its not really that important anyways..

The "CPU" temperature is not actually measuring your CPU temperature; it is a sensor located on the motherboard, and it is rarely, if ever, accurate. You should pay attention to the Core temperatures, and ideally you should use Real Temp 3 to get your readings.

+1

I get readings well into the 100+C area all the time on the mobo temp (CPU). Nothing to worry about, core temp is what you need to worry about.
