Ok, so I have win XP and I am almost positive that my problem is software related. But i wanted to post here just to make sure * I posted in OS too *

Here is my problem..

My computer randomly shuts down, and I get a "serious error" message asking me to contact Microsoft .

One such error was this

(Errior Sig)

It seems that these occurences come in go in frequency.Sometimes non-existant, some time never ending (3-4 times a day)

The other thing related to this is that everytime it reboots, it reverts to an old wallpaper, and it will not save the new one that I have to repeatedly put on there...

If the tech data makes no sense,sorry

I just can't make any sense out of this...

heres a solution that i used all the time cus it works

take your winXP cd... back up your computer stuff... reload win xp.. voila, it should work

if not, someone else help, i m too tired right now
