Possible harddrives problems

Hey, Well First let me tell you my problem. Ever since late december I've had some really bad pc problems like random restarts to a blue screen with an error message, All my games run like crap (execpt the games made a LONG time ago).

I have 3.2 ghz
1.25GB of ram
ati all in wonder x800xl 256mb
160 gig HD (in 2 80 gig forms)
800 bus speed.
400 watt PW supply
Basicly, I thought it was my gfx card so i bought the x800 ( my old one was out of date anyways). Then I thought it was my processor so I bought a new one (outdated old one anyways) then I bought a new 1 gig and 256 ram stick opposed to my old 2, 512 ram sticks.

I thought it could be because it was overheating which I bought 6 fans for. The only thing left is the Hardrive C (which is the one I use as a primary one).
I have all the latest updates for everything on my pc. I am virus/spyware free.

If its not my HD then please give me some things you might think it is. Also the error I get when it goes to the blue screen is something like this

Just to rule out your ram, run memtest (or another deep memory test program) for at least 24 hours and see if it generates any errors. And, in your error message, are you shure you don't mean nTFs.sys? If that is what you mean, then it could very probably be your harddrive (especailly if you reformatted. If you have not reformatted, you might want to consider it, or at least run a boot time disk check (see here or run in a command window "chkntfs /C C:" replacing the C: with whatever your drive is called. This will make chkdsk run at next boot).
 
Yes I am sure that is the error and I've formatted twice in the past 2 months.

I am going to be doing some stuff, well me and my dad are going to be doing some stuff to my pc which is installinga second OS, whipping out drive D and E. Sending everything to C then move everything to D (with e combined) and wipe out C and make D(e) the primary drive. Will that work?
 
Seems as changing my harddrives didn't work. I am out of guesses i've done everything that I possibly can!
 
I had a similar problem like yours with an MSI mobo I picked up from Frys. The thing worked fine for about 3 months then all of a sudden it wouldn't boot anymore with some random blue screen error. (Might have been NTFS.sys but i'm not 100 percent sure). I reinstalled windows xp from scratch and was just about fininished when the problem occured again. Seeing how the machine passed memtest with absolutely no errors the mobo was the last thing I could blame since I tried an additional hard drive. I went out picked up an Abit mobo and then thing has been working great since. RMA your board back if you can.
