My computer starts to post but gets to intel pentium 2.8ghz detected then freeezes for about 20-30 seconds and then displays the hyper threading enabled and finish posting. It will get to the windows screen and then black out for about 30 seconds then load up and work fine after that. I have made no changes to this pc it just all of a sudden started happening. I have no idea what else to try or do.

Any power or brown outs lately, might want to check your boards BIOs
 
nope no reboots or anything which leades me to believe its not the memory. Once it loads it works fine its just during the post.
