positive or negative pressure?

negative is not producing very good results, neihter is positive, so which one is less worst?
 
your computer is not a tire that requires psi
you want FLOW not pressure front bottom to top back side blows in
 
i was lol you want to have it balanced.. say 200 cfm exaust paired with 200 cfm intake
 
Depending on the way your case is designed and put together, negative air pressure can help bring cool air in from many places where it otherwise wouldn't flow, or instead would just be turbulent. It can help the air recycle more efficiently in some cases.

Perhaps so, but there's no way one is going to achieve anywhere near negative airpressure inside a case with just a bunch of puny 12V fans. Thing is, the moment the airpressure at one side of a fan is increased, this will cause the fan to spin either faster or slower, depending on whether the pressure is higher on the intake or exhaust side, causing an equilibrium to be reached between the airpressure on both sides.

You would need very powerful fans to actually (de)pressurize a case.
