POS DLink locks up when sending WU

Ok not all the time but sometimes (I am guessing maybe depending on the WU) my DLink DIR-615 will just randomly lockup and not work again until I close F@H, and reboot it. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
 
Might want to do a reset on it if thats possible, and push it back to facotry defaults.

I've been pretty impressed with D-Link stuff, and have had a DGL-4300 wireless AP for two years now. I think I've powered it down maybe 3 times since I've owned it - been one of the most reliable AP's I've ever seen next to the Orinoco / Proxim 4000M series.
