Popcorn Hour has announced a new network media tank, the C-300. Shame on them for not correcting all the problems that have existed forever with the C-200. Why not fix the many units that they sold before coming out with numerous other devices. What are we to think about this great new streaming device?? They never spent the time to make what they previously sold work. As for me, I will scrap mine and go with the WD Live and forget the numerous issues that ruin the streaming experience.

You are to think that they will do exact the same thing with new hardware. I would stay away. Just like I'll stay away from anything that says or is associated with Google TV (burn me once, shame on you....burn me twice.....ain't gonna happen).

I too have the C-200 which hasn't received a firmware update since June 3rd with many known deficiencies. This tells me I won't be seeing one any time soon, if ever. I'm certainly glad I could be a part of their $300+ beta test program so they could produce a newer model that supersedes my ongoing PCH beta. I’ve tried several other streaming devices and believe few people would want the headaches associated with the C-200 when they can spend $75 or so on something like the WDTV Live that’s plug and play…. Summary: No C-300 for me.
