pop up stuck in the middle on opera mini

i report it to opera see if opera can fix the popup that's stuck in the middle of every page i view in [H] mobile mode when on opera mini as it blocks pages from been read ( this can affect a lot of mobile users so could do with been fixed like insert it at the top of every page or insert them imbetwen topics as other sites do)

it should be stuck at the bottom of the page as that what it does on Google mobile browser
does
