Got the memory in my sig running at 200 fsb at CAS 2-3-3-11.

However my memory is getting smoked by other nforce 2 mainboards with CAS 2 3200 memory and is even beated by CAS 2 PC2700 memory???

I get like 2,8 in the first and 2,666 in the second test for memory bandwidth which is quite low really. Can´t really compete. Is this really a normal score for 1 gig of Corsair XMS 3200 memory?

I have CPU interface enabled btw so the RAM should run at 1T

How many sticks do you have? If two, are they in the correct slots for dual channel?

Hold on, testing something. I have the exact same setup as you (CPU/Mobo/Ram).

Do you have the LL series of the Corsair, or just the C2 XMS?

Edit for results:

At 2-3-3-6:
Benchmark Results
RAM Bandwidth Int Buffered aEMMX/aSSE : 3009MB/s
RAM Bandwidth Float Buffered aEMMX/aSSE : 2877MB/s

At 2-3-3-11:
Benchmark Results
RAM Bandwidth Int Buffered aEMMX/aSSE : 3061MB/s
RAM Bandwidth Float Buffered aEMMX/aSSE : 2880MB/s

I have CPU Interface enabled, so should I be running at 2-3-3-11?

I have the ordinary XMS CAS 2 memory. Got 3 sticks running in Dual channel mode.

Am doing a clean reformat. Not that I think it will help but...

New scores

2893 mb/s
2734 mb/s

It´s crappy aren´t it? What is the difference between the twinx modules and the XMS3200 modules??? Shouldn´t we get about the same at same timings?

Can it be me having 3 modules and you 2??

Maybe yeah... as far as I know, the TwinX Modules are just 2 XMS modules that've been tested and relabled.

It does seem kind of low... Are you sure you're running DC? Check in CPU-Z. Also try pulling 1 stick and leave 2 paired sticks in DC and try Sandra then.

Yes I am sure. BIOS says dual channel Sisoft says dual channel.

2x256 + 1x512 means dual channel when inserted in respective channel of course.

I would try taking out your 512mb stick and redo the tests. Put the other two 256mb sticks in the appropriate slots for Dual Channel. This will be a good way to eliminate possibility of a 3rd stick causing the poor performance.
