Well, I just built this computer and I got some crappy results I think

AMD 3000+ 64 90mm
MSI Neo2 Platinum
(2)512 PNY 3200 RAM running in dual channel
PNY GeForce 6800 unlocked

I scored 7495 on 3DMark03

I think it should be higher.

Does anyone know what is wrong? :-\

Well, it may be right, have you checked other scores similar to your system? Think of it this way, you're running a 3000+, amd64 I know, but still, and a 6800 vanilla, pipes or no pipes. It's probably about right. You have to consider if you're running any background apps and stuff. vsync off?

amd 2800+ althon xp
512 ddr 2700 ram
6800 NU 16/6
9150 with no o/c/tampering with any settings what so ever.

maybe i need the AGP chipset drivers installed, i dont know

Cpu-z doesnt even give me any graphic card, its all blanks

my system is

amd 2100
768 ddr ram
bfg 6800 OC
nforce 2 in dual channel mode
fast writes off.

and i get 8462 for my score.

id try a fresh reformat and all new drivers.

Ok, apparently the GART driver wasnt installed and it was running at 0x

So now to try it again

what is GART anyway? and how did you know it wasn't installed? That for the AGP or something?

Yeah, its part of the Nvidia chipset

Basically it makes the AGP work

Now it recognized my videocard as an AGP instead of PCI

My new score is 9487, which is where it should be and my cpu score is 659 where it should be.

All is good in the hood

Case solved
