For a Computer that is made for "GAMING" only, and internet (of course) but nothing like encoding, watching DVD's, or playing solitare :p . Pretty much just intense kickass gaming :eek:
 
As Akuma said, all too expensive :( I would get something a tad cheaper, but definitely not the Intel. Personal preference is all

No, because your Venice doesn't have 1Mb L2 cache, so it's not equal to an FX-57. There's not much of a difference though with 1Mb L2 cache.

Anyway, I voted FX-57, because right now that is the processor that will give you the absolute highest FPS possible, period. But, it's way to expensive for what you get, so either get the X2 which will have a few less FPS but will give the benefits of dual-core, or get something cheaper and OC it like the 3000+ Venice.

The FX-57 would get the best framerate, but the X2 would be the most enjoyable cpu.
