PolarFLO or someone else?

I was looking around and I saw some decent reviews about PolarFLO cooling stuff. Other than the price they seem like they would be alright. My question is, is there anyone better than this at water cooling for a better price. I am new to water cooling and do not know many companies who make water cooling products.

I know many of you have lots of experience with these blocks corroding and such and I need some advice on some products that are good or atleast some companies i could look into.
