I have been folding for the [H]orde for months now. Previously I was folding for team BFG (sorry everyone :p ).

Anyway...recently my points have been going to the BFG team again, even thought the clients are set to team 33. WTF :confused:

The folding site says I have been adding cpu cycles to team BFG and I don't see how that's possible. I would like to give my points to the [H]orde and who do I have to e-mail to fix this? :(

 
You will have to go through each of your computers/borgs and double check that the team number = 33. From this point it is doubtful that they will switch it, but it is no problem in the long run, it is all for the cure!
 
I am not worried about them chaging the points, but I have double checked them all and they are all folding for team 33.

I just don't want it to keep happening.
 
Do you have them set up as services? If so, stop the service, close the console window etc, do the -configonly, make sure it is all kosher, then start it up again, it should work
 
There's also the possibility that these showed up as part of the points clean up Stanford performed the last couple of days.

Like K* said, check your borgs maybe in a week or so just in case the points adjustment was all it was, and if you have further issue, you might want to post something at www.folding-community.org where a fair number of the Stanford people patrol and can get you situated.

 
Its very strange because it is saying that 3 are folding for the horde and the rest are not. They all have the same setting except maybe the large WU, not all are using that.

Could it be the WIN graphical client that everyone is complaining about?
 
When did these units and PC's show up?

 
It started acting screwy within the last week or two. Not sure exactly when.

Thanks for the quick answers. I will give it a little time and see if everything clears up. I got another little baby cranking out WU's thanks to the oupost and their $150 2200 sempron.

I will have to ride it out. There go my hopes and dreams of the [H] top 100. :(

I hope the WU's are actually being used and not thrown away due to these errors.
 
It's kinda the opposite... the points are from WU's that you have completed already but were not given credit for at the time. So they were "fixing" it... the work is done and submitted so there ..
 
And the -1 is from a correction to the team stats as for the longest time, any site that pulled from the published stats were 1 point higher than the official Stanford stats. :D

yes that topp 100 spot is getting harder and harder to get into these days...

I know p[H]ant0m and i are racen for it... put he can't keep up with me :p

Eh, I think I got the short end of the stick on the stat update the last two days, but thats not an excuse because anything outside of the last two months would have been normal WU's for me.

Anyhow, I knew it was just a matter of time, my poor boxen can't keep up! :(

Right now, I'm at about 1300 PPD, and 100 is currently at 271k, so the soonest I think I would be there if everyone in front of me stopped would be about 30 days give or take a few. There's still a long way to go, so its time to strap them borgs down and get anything you can out of em.
