First I'll give you my system specs that are relevant:

AMD 64 3500+
Thermaltake SilentTower 4 in 1
x800 pro VIVO --> softmodded into x800 xt p.e. (fans set at 100%)
Lian Li PC-V1000B Case

Idle Temp:
cpu - 48c
mobo - 31c

Under Load:
cpu - 55c or higher
mobo - 35c

For the $50 I spent on this heatsink/fan, I'm not impressed at all by its cooling abilities. I'm looking for the best setup for aircooling the processor(I move my pc a lot for reference - so nothing too heavy) and the video card (stock cooling right now).

The card temps are:

Idle: 44c

Load: 70c
