Also I may be wrong, I can't remember what it's actually compared to but the gist is that it's a fast budget card if you're looking for 1080 only.

On par with the 980 and slower than the ti. TPU's charts put it 1-2% ahead of the 980 on average over a 15 game test suite.

Depends on silicon lottery. Boost makes over clocking somewhat (but not completely) pointless. My 1060 hits 2012mhz boost clock out of the box without over clocking.

My understanding is more voltage is required to really overclock.
