PNY 5900SE fast?

I'm thinking about purcharsing the PNY 5900SE from Compusa since they have that 30% sale. I was thinking how does this card compare to a radeon 9800 po? I tried google but couldn't find a review on this card.
 
The 9800 Pro is definetely better, but I would say the 5900se is a good choice too. When my 9800 Pro got fried, I got this one to replace it, since NVIDIA has better support for 3D glasses. It overclocks very well.

Sometimes I miss my 9800P, other times I can't tell the difference.
 
I have a guy that wants to trade his 5900se for my 9700pro. Is that an ok deal?
