in only have 19 msg, and 32 sent msg, but it says i have 200 msgs, and that my mailbox is full, i dont know whats wrong with hardforum

please help
 
Have you emptied your deleted items?
 
OK, my bad. :p I guess there isn't a deleted items folder. I suppose Major or Lethal will be by shortly to assist.
 
>UserCP>Folder Controls>Jump to Folder>Choose 'inbox' or 'sent items'>Go

Tick off top box @ 'number of messages'>scroll down to 'selected messages'>delete. This will empty the entire page usually...untick the mesaages you wish to keep. Repeat this until inbox is cleared. Go back and choose 'sent items' and repeat the process.
 
ya i did that , i dont even have 100 from both sent and inbox combined. but it says 200 msgs, mailbox full
 
I can completely erase your PM box from the Admin CP, but it is total. Let me know.
 
i only had 35 msgs, and it said i had 200, and couldnt recieve or send msgs. and i deleted my sent mail.
 
a-5er, I don't see what the problem is, but if you want, I can "wipe" your PMs from the admin control panel. Please save anything you need and let me know here.
 
i dunno, i think my mailbox was just "stuck" and i just deleted another item today, and it fixed itself
