Is there a post count related to being able to use PM's? I've been a lurker here for 5+ years and tbh not sure if I ever created an account here - mail email has changed over the years etc. Problem is I was in the market for some PC parts but I cannot contact anyone either in that forum or via PM's.

I do have some rep at other similar forums and some (albiet minor) heatware so figured I could work something out with the seller, but being that I can't contact them in any way, shape, or form are we both SOL? I understand precautions need to be taken, but for that same reason I'm willing to work that out with a seller.
 
Well you can't post in the forsale and trade forum unless you have 50 posts, but I didn't think that applied to pms?
