I recently received a private message that was sent on 09-30-2014, 04:28 PM internally. I didn't receive the email notification for the PM until today at 10:56. Has there been any lag with PM notifications?

The odd part about of it is that thread subscription emails have been arriving in my inbox without any issues.
 
You're not alone. Basically the same thing happened to me as well.
 
Yeah, it all went in the shitter recently. Should all be fixed now TMK.
