PM inbox "Full" I can't delete them!

hmmm... when I go to user cp up in the upper right hand corner and look at my Private messages it shows no PM's (I always delete them). I keep getting emails about how my PM inbox is full, and people that try to PM me are saying the same thing.

I don't understand, if my inbox is full, then why don't any PM's show up?


BTW: sorry that this is in the wrong topic, there isn't really one for site help. If someone could show me to the site help place, that would be great!

There's 2 things to check.

#1: Make sure it says "from the beginning" so it shows all your PMs since the beginning of your account.

#2: Check your sent messages as well. And apply rule #1 to this rule.
 
You only get so many PMs, inbox or outbox, doesn't matter. I'd bet your limit is used in the outbox leaving no room for inbox. :)

Not much different that normal e-mail, your limit is just based on messages, not size.
 
thanks guys... I didn't think to check the sent folder (I didn't know that it kept those) I deleted those and I think that it is fine now.
