Ok right now i got an EVGA E760 and its giving up already and dont have warranty in it.
Im about to get an EVGA E770.... can i swap it out with out doing all the reisnatlling OS? it should be plug and play isnt?
 
If you're using Windows XP, you will most likely reinstall the OS. If you're using Windows 7, you have a 50/50 chance of having to reinstall it.

As an aside, I'm amazed at the current prices for the E760 and E770. Do you have enough money to, say, switch to an Ivy Bridge/Z77 platform? That, I believe, would be a better use of your money.
 
Upgrading is not a problem but the thing i hate is reinstalling the OS and all the sofetware i got in it.... thats why the reason ima planning to get same mobo is to avoid all those... ;(
