I plan on basically reusing all of my current computer components that you see in my sig. I would need to replace my raid setup w/ just another 1TB Green HD. I also plan on upgrading my graphics in the coming months once prices have dropped a little bit.

I have this huge tower with a full size MB a bunch of fans, and all I have is a GPU a couple HDs. Just completely unnecessary in my words to have the CM690.

What I plan on getting for my new setup is as follows

Silverstone Sug02-BF
DFI Lanparty JR P45-T2RS5
1TB Green WD HD
GeminII S CPU Cooler
Some 80mm Fans for Cooling

My only 2 Q's would be
How big of PSU can I fit into the Sugo case? (I currently have a 500w modular PSU - don't remember the make)
Can I get away with a cheaper mATX MB - I would like to keep my Q6600 @ 3.0

Yeah you can get a cheaper mobo...775 is old news. Anything between 60-100 will do

You can get a 160mm PSU fine in the SG02 and this is all you really need...No way on earth you'll need more than 750w. You can use a PSU over 200mm easy. NO issue there at all.
 
Virtually anything with a G31, or G35 chipset will serve you well.

A 3Ghz clock on a Q6600 is easily obtained by the most neutered motherboards.

Edit: Sorry I missed the RAID spec. If that's really necessary then your options are sort of limited.

Edit2: There, or check ebay, the sale sections for motherboards with ICH9DO, ICH9R, ICH10DO, ICH10R southbridges.
