Plexiglass thickness

about an 1/8 of an inch to 1/16 of an inch..... depending on what case & window ur referiring to... but that size is fairly typical
 
I'm refering to a rather large side panel window I want to put into a lian-li pc-60.
 
1/8" unless you are mounting a fan on it, then use 3/16"
 
1/8" sounds right. unless you're building one custom. in which case i suggest 1/4" - that's what i used. adds weight, but it's more rigid. ;)
