Go to your local hardware store and they should have a few different things that you can use to "bond" plexiglass together. I remember seeing something that came in a syringe at Lowe's
 
IPS Weld On 3 works well. Or you can make your own.

Just take some scrap acrylic, smash it into little bits, and put them in a glass jar. Add an equal amout of acetone and stir, cover it with a rag and wait. Give it a good stir with a screwdriver every couple hours until the acrylic is "melted" and BAM.. homemade acrylic glue that works really well, and sets up 100% crystal clear.

Oh, you really don't want to do this inside, your garage or porch is better, as the fumes are a killer, for real.
