I am soon to be making some tshirts to sell to everyone here on the [H]. Of course there'd be a discount for [H]er's, so don't worry about that. I'd like to limit it to designs pertaining to the phantom console.

If the design is good, and everyone else likes it, there'll be a free shirt in it for you.

FLECOM: I can't find that "SAVE KYLE" image that was in the original phantom post. I think you were who created it in the first place. Could you please post a link for me?

Sorry no pics but an idea...
Make a reference to the dictionary meaning of phantom. From www.dictionary.com:
1. Something apparently seen, heard, or sensed, but having no physical reality; a ghost or an apparition.

2. Something elusive or delusive.

3. An image that appears only in the mind; an illusion.
Something dreaded or despised.

Maybe these are an idea? I certainly think Tim Roberts was thinking of this when he started the money grabbing investor trap called the phantom... sorry, the console called phantom. I think the first meaning is the best.

Did you see it? No? Cuz it's invisible, just like the "real" Phantom. somehow incorporate an empty idea...like an empty shelf or something...to point out the vaporware concept.
 
That's the other thing. It has to be understandable by the general public as well. Nobody will wear a shirt that people can't understand.
 
maybe we don't care if the general public can understand it. maybe it will help recognize others wise enough to be [H]

I have a question for the legal eagles: if we post non-existent pictures of a non-existent piece of hardware, for which there are non-existent copyrights, can we be sued for infringement?

In that circumstance you could only be held liable for non-infringement.
