How old is your system? If it's over five years old, it may better for you to pull the hard drive and buy yourself a new machine.

Sure I will help you.

1. Read the forum guidelines for posting.
2. Don't come to a forum TYPING IN ALL CAPS LIKE SOMEONE IS DYING!!!
3. TRY TO NOT ANNOY THE HELL OUT OF PEOPLE OR BE SOCIALLY AWKWARD.

Do you know how to boot up in Safe Mode without networking? If yes, do that and see how long it takes to boot. Get some cleaning app like MalwareBytes Anti Malware and install it in safe mode. Run a complete scan and see if that catches anything.

BTW, STOP SHOUTING. It's bad manners. How old are you, 15? Sheesh.

i tried to boot in safe mode like someone told me on another board but it wont let me turn it on. when i hold F8 and it starts to boot into safe mode and it loads up files it will carash and reboot again and again and again!

Do you know someone nearby that has an IDE/SATA to USB adapter? This way the hard drive can be connected to a healthy computer (may not be healthy for long with your infected drive...pr0n!!..., but I'm not judging.) and scan it for nasties.

No none of my friends know about PCs

That's too bad. Do any of your friends have a friend that knows anything about PCs? Maybe one of them can do you a favor.

As andrewsmc1, try reinstalling. Do you have the Windows XP CD? If you do, boot up with the CD (IIRC, press F10 for the boot menu and set the CD drive as the first boot drive). Don't worry about the pr0n. You should've kept back ups anyway.

Edit: OK, you don't have a boot disk. Do you know anyone with a Dell boot disk?

If you're worried about your parents "being mad" at you aka you getting in trouble then you probably aren't old enough to be looking at porn anyway.

Honestly, with your experience level, the best thing to do might be to either call Dell and have them repair it, or look for a local shop. For us to help you, we will be asking detailed questions and wanting you to perform detailed steps based off of that information, and if you cannot discern what hardware you have, or tell us something incorrect, things could go very wrong.
