Hi , i am building a new PC and the case i am using has the PSU situated at the bottom side instead of the top side.
Anyway that has now bought a problem with it being like that and that is that the 12V atx wire is not long enough, What can i do about this ????
The atx 24 pin wire has all 24 pins , is this enough power so that i can go without using the 12V atx , or do i have to have the 12V atx even though i have the 24 pin atx.?
I know that i can do without a 24 pin if i had the 12v atx so can this work the other way round?
the system is a asus P5B and its the new duo core E6300 that is going to be fitted as the CPU.
Please somebody tell me this , i am stuck without this.
