Hi

I have a thermaltake case and been to there web site but I don’t understand there guide on how to set up my firewire cables, coming from the case I have.

2 GND'S......VG.....VP......TPA+.....TPA-....
TPB+...... TPB-.....

And on my motherboard I have

TPA0+........TPA0-.......GND........GND.......TPB0+.......TPB0-......+12V.......+12V......And one GND on its on its own at the bottom

Motherboard I have is ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe

Any help on how to connect these all up and what goes to what would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Nobody knows? Or can be bothered? Oh well, I'm back from holiday now so I'll tell ya :)
It doesn't matter which way around you get the grounds, or the +12V as they are all supplying ground and +12V signals respectively at all times.

Case Motherboard

2 GND'S 2 GND'S
VG +12V
VP +12V
TPA+ TPA0+
TPA- TPA0-
TPB+ TPB0+
TPB- TBB0-

The extra ground pin on the motherboard if for when you have a preformed plug with all the pins on it (such as you would get on a backplane bracket that comes with the motherbaord) so you know which way to plug it in.

Have fun :)
