Please help me pick the correct memory for OCing =)

[Gottmos]

Hi guys, so I'm getting the Asus p5w DH deluxe and a Core 2 Duo e6600.
Noob as I am with these things I'm wondering what kind of memory I should be going for if I want to overclock, like some of the badasses here http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1075792&page=15&pp=20

Looking at this thread I'm seeing best results with the g.skill but is this just a coincidence?

So I'm considering this one

2048MB PC2-6400 (2x1024MB) GSkill Extreme (F2-6400PHU2-2GBNS)

Does it seem like the right choice for me?

thx, out.
