Please help - Match PSU to MoBo

Sorry for what may be a dumb question guys, but I am building a new computer and I already bought the Antec True Power 430 PSU

before I decided that I wanted to get an SLI motherboard. I think I want to get the MSI neo4 platinum SLI board,

but I don't know if the PSU will work with it yet, since it has a 24pin power connector. I read in the reviews on NewEgg that people have been having trouble getting the built-in Soundblaster to work when using a regular 20-pin connector, while others have had no problems whatsoever because they say the MoBo comes with an adapter. I don't see an adapter in the pics on NewEgg, and I need to decide if I have to RMA the PSU and get a different one soon.

dead links... tho i'll humbly submit that u want a native 24-pin PSU... 20-pin is old school and to be avoided on new builds...

Maaaaaaaaaaaaan, I don't want to have to RMA the thing. It's a pain in the butt. What if I buy the adapter for it? is that stupid?
