I just cannot lose the data on this drive so please help if you can. I uninstalled a program and it must have deleted this file after the process. I cant even get back into windows with safe mode. I get a message to repair windows but I do not know any commands to do this. My time is limited on the pc so please post all your advice.
This is the meassage....
"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or currupt:
\WINDOWS\SYSYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM"
If I hook up this drive to another would it be possible to transfer the flies from it? I did not back anything up and it has some of my most important works.
