I just received my PS3 today and would like to hook it up to my monitor. I know the monitor is compatible with HD as long as I use the DVI. This is where I'm running into a problem. My computer currently uses the DVI. Is there a cheap solution to share the DVI port between the 2? The cheapest KVM I can find is around $75. Would I get a drastic loss of quality if I changed the PC to run out of the S-video into the monitor instead of running DVI?

Thanks in advance and any suggestions are welcome. My rig is in my sig.

You would get such a drastic loss of quality using your PC's TV out with that monitor. It would most likely cause you to vomit while having a seizure, pass out, have to take an ambulance to the emergency room and get stuck full of needles and IVs. Seriously, the TV inputs on the 2007 are worse than bad. Your best bet is to either get a KVM switch or suck it up and switch plugs when you need to switch sources.

I'd rather use VGA for PS3 and DVI for PC... BTW, where did you see a $75 DVI KVM switch? The cheapest DIV switches I saw were Gefen (or something like that) for $150 and up.
