I have my hdd partitioned into 2 drives. C: (windows installation + applications) d: (Storage + Downloads)
I bought an ssd, and want to clone just the c: drive to my ssd, and boot from it, and make my old d: drive external. (this is a laptop and it only has room for one drive)
i Have tried Acronis, and Ghost, however after is clones, I cannot boot and get the dreaded "autochk" not found error and then bluescreen. I have tried rebuilding the MBR, and such.. I am starting to wonder if its because the D: is no longer there?
Please help, Im starting to give up on the ssd... I cant afford to start fresh...
