Please help cannot Initialize Disk

So I bought a refurb (server pulled HDD), and I cant get it to initialize on Win10, I get the following messages:
The first pic is when I do the MBR option and second when I do the GPT

What Make and Model of drive, how it is attached to your computer (SATA, USB2/3, other?). If internal is it seen properly by UEFI/BIOS?
