Please clearify anandtech's overclocking

I am a bit confussed with the FSB speed in Anandtech's review. For the E6300 the FSB is 370 x 7 and he is using ddr2-800 so how much is his ddr2 overclocked? or is it not at all?

It is my understanding that the ram is running at 370/2 or 185mhz. Which means the ddr2-800 which can run at 200 mhz is underclocked?

Am I way off base? please clearify
 
he doesn't say what the ram is running at on that page. all you know is the fsb and cpu clock.

The CPU-Z screenshot shows 370. Can't you figure out what the ram is running at with that information? or is there ram controller ratio?

Lets pretend say the ratio was 1:1 what would the RAM be running at with a 370FSB?
