I had a 19" CTX about 4 years ago that I bought in Sam's Club. It worked for the first week but after that it started to crap out on me. I took it back and got a refund. I personally wouldn't buy a CTX because of this. However, if it's all you can afford and your willing to take the risk its up to you, maybe I was just unlucky in my CTX.
