Please advise on the best FREE .NET, ASP, PHP shopping cart

Are there any FREE shopping carts that are good and are either .NET, ASP, or even PHP that would work on my Windows 2000 server with SQL 2000 installed. I have PHP installed however I would like to use .NET or ASP if possible because they are native.
 
check out osCommerce, its pretty easy to setup and free, works with php though...
 
Case-mod uses that, I just dont want it to look so stock and dont have the time/skills to change the look
