Plazma computer monitor?

Um dunno but plasma monitors/TVs shouldnt be played with games...or should I say for a hardcore gamer. ruins them, LCDs are better for gaming.
LCD would be better. I'm not sure if its any more an issue, but Earlier plasma's "stained" with stationary images that were on the screen long enough - I.E. Game HUD, or something like that. I beleive LCD TV's solved this because it refreshes every few minutes by clearing the screen every few hours?
The only 1080p Plasma I know of is the Pioneer 5000EX, it's supposed to be amazing as a TV with HD and SD signals. It's probably the best quality screen you can buy but for games I don't know. Oh and it costs the earth too =(. Does it have to be plasma?
you probably want a plasma because the black levels and colors look really amazing compared to the horrible contrast of an lcd. I'm right there with you and have been looking for a plasma that is compatible with my pc and haven't found an affordable one yet. your best bet would be try to find an LCD with LED backlighting.
