Playstation 3 controller and Windows 7

Ok so back in vista 64bit land, there was no way for the ps3 controller to work, yet there was some third party drivers that made it work on 32bit...

I havent tried anything yet, but i pluged my ps3 controller via usb to my system *Windows 7 64bit* and it detected it, windows installed drivers and is recognized in game controllers..

but still no function, the hub lights on teh controller just flash meaning the controller doesnt regonize the system.

Ill see if i can find those old drivers and try em and Ill let you guys know

I doubt MS will be quick to make it so Sony's controller works natively. Good luck working on it though.

ehhhhhh i dont think it will work.. was hoping it would.. i dont want to buy any gamepads for my pc lol

Its not MS's job to make drivers for a controller that isnt even supposed to work on the PC.

I'm sure Sony could easily write a driver for it if they weren't so goddamn cheap.
