Does anyone know where to order sheets of plastic like about as thick as 10-12 sheets of 20# paper? And maybe what size/gauge this is?

They have a plastics section. For thin stuff look at the sheet plastics. .03125" is about .8mm thick and .0625" is about 1.6mm thick. Those sound around what you are talking about :confused:. The "natural" colors of the plastics are usually whitish that you can dye other colors :D.
