Right now I'm runnin just their standard cooling solution alone, but I've seen this stuff called Water wetter they usually use for cars that is a heat transfer fluid for use in water or coolant, do you think I should try some of that stuff in my system? Also, would usin plain old car anti-freeze be more effective than the stuff Koolance sent me? Here's a link to the water wetter website for more info... http://www.redlineoil.com/products_coolant.asp

from what I read, the Koolance provided liquid is pretty thick.
I'd go ahead and ditch it and just use a 10:1 ratio of distilled water to zerex antifreeze.
It wont be as thick (therefore, more flow in an already low flow setup), and will probably cool better.
Plus, it's pretty cheap.

is zerex antifreeze really going to be more effective than if I used just water alone and some water wetter? Would distilled water, antifreeze, AND water wetter be a good combo?

Water Wetter won't prevent algae like antifreeze will. Also, it's known to cause some odd smells and stain tubing after long periods of use.
If you use antifreeze, I see no need to use water wetter.

I'm planning on just using my regular koolance fluid with a little bit of water wetter to aid heat transfer, water wetter is designed to aid heat transfer for coolant also, so it should lower my temps a little

I just use the regular Koolance fluid. I don't think Water Wetter will make a difference.

Anything you put in the water will lessen the performance. But if it's cheap and keeps your parts from rusting, I don't see why you wouldn't choose antifreeze.

umm, actually, water wetter improves the performance, by at least 20 degrees fahrenheit, it increases heat absorption capability of water

I think the Koolance liquid already has everything added in that will be useful/needed.

The Koolance liquid packs aren't just water. There's several different chemicals mixed in it.

According to MBM, my CPU is at 93°F and my case temp is at 95°F. The room temp is 75°F. The Koolance fans are running at the slowest speed. I don't think a little bit of anything is going to affect the temperature. Definately not 20°.

20 degrees maybe in a car, but not in a WC loop. It's probably just breaking the surface tensino, which you can do with a drop of soap.

Reading straight from the back of the pack:
Distilled water - 70%

Monoethylene Glycol - 27-28% (this is your antifreeze stuff)

Then the remaining 2-3% is your

Phosphate, Nitrate, Carboxylate, Azole, (Anti-Foamer), (color dye), and (pH Regulator)

I think you'll find that using Water Wetter in fact void the warranty from Koolance !!
I've been using nothing but the Koolance coolant and find that it works very well, why take chances, but then again it is your system so it's your decision !
