ok, ive been looking into watercooling for a while and i figured why not.
the setup will be built in a CM Stacker (with no window) and will cool an a64 (once i get one)

im leaning towards the h20-220 kit from swiftech, which i have found online for 300cdn (215ishUS)

my question is easy, would i be better getting this or combining a few parts here or there (cost/performance wise) from what ive read i would still get the mcw6000 block (60CDN/45US), mcp650 pump (105CDN/80US) and im looking at 2freshs rad (40US).... so 165 US so far.
eventually i'll add a res (i think) gpu chipset, but for now it will be just cpu
if i get the mix-match stuff how much will i be looking at in tubing and connector costs? from what i've read i think i want 1/2 ID 5/8 or 3/4 OD.

Here in Canada clerflex tubing is about $2.50 per foot. im using Home Depot steel clamps at $0.80 each. U can find all the 1/2" barbs and such at Home Depot as well.

Youll want the MCW6002 waterblock, its 1/2" the 6000 is 3/8".

Check out the custom sets from E-compuserve.com in Canada. Im doing my own setup using a few of their products including the Swiftech MCW6002 for AMD XP. Im making my own res and rad shroud. Rads seem way overpriced to me so Im using a new Maxair 1965 Mustang heater core. And why pay $30 for a res you can make for $5.00.

Id recomend making/putting together your own setup. It seems to be the best way to go if you feel comfortable doing so and there is tons of info here to help out.
